I tried buying a home for 2 years, but couldn’t qualify for a conventional loan. I knew with all my heart I would get my dream home, but had no idea how. A year ago, I found my dream furniture, bought enough for an entire house, and kept it in storage, not knowing how or when I would finally get my home. Then, I met Til. She helped me find my dream home and helped me get no-credit-check financing. 2 days before closing, hurricane Harvey hit. I was devastated. The entire street flooded several feet, but to my surprise, my home was 1 of only 2 that did not flood. Today, I proudly reside in my “miracle home” – and I cannot thank Til enough.
